Current disciplines are MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai and Boxing, trained on grappling mat space and in striking sessions. Adult classes, kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, beginner training, competition-capable training, open mat and fitness-oriented boxing are offered, and a free trial is available. Judo and wrestling appear in available source material; Fight Gym Finder has not confirmed them as active standing programs, so they are not recorded as separate disciplines.
