What a week here actually looks like
JSBJJ Training Centre runs a graded Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme: beginners, intermediate, advanced and professional/competition training in Gi, with separate No-Gi sessions. Kids and teens train in their own classes. A free class is available before joining, and coaches Jorge Santos and Laura Peretti lead the mats.
