Muay Thai is the only discipline. Programs cover general Muay Thai, children's Muay Thai from approximately age 4, and women's-only sessions led by female trainers. Available research indicates participation is supported for beginners and all fitness levels. The gym has a boxing/Muay Thai ring, a large matted training area, striking equipment and weights equipment.
