What a week here actually looks like
SBG Ireland HQ runs beginner-friendly entry pathways alongside its full MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and judo programmes. Members range from complete beginners to professional fighters, and there is a dedicated youth programme plus a competition and fight pathway for those who want it. Head coach John Kavanagh founded the academy in 2002.
