Current disciplines are MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing and self-defence, with striking and pad training and grappling and mat training. Adult and children's programs run, with age-bracketed children's classes from approximately age 2, and beginner training is available. A free trial is offered. Source material also references curriculum influences from Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Eskrima; Fight Gym Finder has not confirmed these as standalone current programs, so they are not recorded as separate disciplines.
