Refund policy

This policy covers paid Combat Intelligence plans sold by Grass Roots through our reseller Paddle.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the 8-Week Fight Camp Pass, the first payment of a Pro subscription, and each Pro renewal payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt, or email us at ciqathlete@gmail.com and we'll arrange it.
What happens after a refund
A refunded Camp Pass or Pro subscription stops unlocking the paid features. Your diary, camps and other records are not deleted.
Cancelling Pro
You can cancel Pro at any time from the Plans page using "Manage billing". You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. See our terms for more.
Gym bookings
Combat Intelligence does not take payment for gym training or accommodation. Any payment you make directly to a gym is covered by that gym's own policies.
