Combat Intelligence is a free directory of fight gyms plus athlete tools: a training diary, study notes, Sweat Equity records and Fight Camp planning. Finding, comparing and contacting gyms is free. Optional paid plans (an 8-Week Fight Camp Pass and Pro) unlock extra Fight Camp tools. Details and prices are on the pricing page.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in details confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not: use it unlawfully or for fraud or spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the directory; reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service; or try to get around plan limits or other technical restrictions.

Grass Roots owns the service and its intellectual property, including software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have. Content you add (such as diary entries) stays yours; you let us store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. In summary: Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the Plans page ("Manage billing") and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. A Camp Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks one camp until that camp ends. See our refund policy.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Gym listings come from public research and gym submissions and may be out of date. Combat Intelligence does not give medical, nutrition or weight-cut advice; consult qualified professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Grass Roots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. When access ends we delete or anonymise your data as described in our privacy notice.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
